When you hire our agency for your destination wedding, you gain an experienced travel partner who understands this process professionally and personally. As a destination wedding bride myself, I understand what it feels like to be on your side of the planning process, too.

Together, we'll identify the destination and resort that align with your vision, your guests' experience, and the investment you're comfortable making. From there, our agency manages the travel logistics, including resort communication, room blocks, contracts, guest reservations, payment timelines, and pre-travel support.

    I take most weekends and all holidays off to recharge, but if a client is traveling or has an urgent situation, I will always do my best to respond as my availability allows.

  • My preferred methods of communication are:

    Phone calls are by appointment only, unless you’re currently traveling and need urgent support.

  • Yes. Our professional planning services begin at $100, with the final investment determined by the complexity and level of support your trip requires.

    Destination Wedding Planning begins at $1,000.

    Your planning investment allows our agency to dedicate the time, expertise, resources and personalized attention required to thoughtfully design and manage your experience.

    Specific service options and the applicable planning investment will be discussed before we begin.

  • Once your planning agreement is signed and your fee is paid:

    1. General travel quotes: 3–5 business days

    2. Destination wedding quotes: ~2–3 weeks
      (This depends on how quickly each resort responds — timelines vary and are outside of my control.)

  • You can review your travel proposal and send feedback. I’ll make any needed adjustments and, when you’re ready, you can approve:

    1. Directly through TravelJoy, or

    2. Via written confirmation on WhatsApp

    To finalize your booking, I’ll need:

    1. Full legal names (exactly as shown on travel documents)

    2. Dates of birth

    3. Passport details (when required)

    4. Payment information

  • Yes, when they are part of a package.

    If you prefer to book flights separately, I can do that for you with a small fee added to the ticket total.

  • All payments are processed through TravelJoy Invoicing, which is encrypted and secure.

    Payment plans depend on each supplier, most vacations can be booked with a small deposit and paid over time.

    If a payment is late, the reservation may be at risk of cancellation based on supplier policy.

  • Yes, I offer multiple travel protection options.

    I am not an insurance specialist, but I can connect you with trusted contacts and suppliers.

    If you decline travel insurance, you will need to sign a waiver.

  • Your consultation call lasts about 30 minutes, but I’m happy to go over if we need more time to fully understand your vision.

    Before the call, please already have a general idea of:

    1. The level of investment you're comfortable making

    2. Estimated guest count

    3. How you imagine your wedding day

    During the call we’ll discuss:

    1. How your desired investment aligns with your vision

    2. Your vision and wedding priorities

    3. Destination and resort styles

    4. What’s realistic based on group size

    Resort recommendations, pricing, or quotes are not provided until the agreement is signed and the fee is paid.

  • Ideally 12–16 months in advance, but planning with 6–12 months is still completely doable and can be amazing.

    Initial resort responses typically take 2–3 weeks, especially for groups.

    I handle everything travel-related including:

    1. Resort communication

    2. Room blocks & contracts

  • No. All fees are 100% non-refundable, even if you cancel your trip or wedding.

    Additional supplier cancellation or change fees may apply depending on their policies, these are always explained at booking.

    I do not charge extra for adjustments, but suppliers might.

  • Absolutely!

    I can assist with dining reservations, excursions, spa appointments, private transfers, surprises, and more, depending on the destination and supplier.

  • I can price match if the supplier permits it and the rate is identical in terms of room type, dates, and inclusions.

  • I do not book Airbnb.

    I do book Vrbo, private villas, luxury homes, and boutique properties.

  • Yes, as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with accessible travel certifications, I can support travelers with unique needs.

    I can help ensure accommodations, accessibility features, and sensory needs are properly considered.
