Yes. I charge a research and design fee for all trips, which varies depending on the trip’s complexity.
Standard minimum fee: $100
Destination Wedding Planning Fee: starting at $1,000
No fee if the client already knows exactly what they want and just needs help booking it.
All fees are non-refundable and must be paid before quotes are sent.

Once your planning agreement is signed and your fee is paid:
General travel quotes: 3–5 business days
Destination wedding quotes: ~2–3 weeks
(This depends on how quickly each resort responds — timelines vary and are outside of my control.)

If you prefer to book flights separately, I can do that for you with a small fee added to the ticket total.

Payment plans depend on each supplier, most vacations can be booked with a small deposit and paid over time.
If a payment is late, the reservation may be at risk of cancellation based on supplier policy.

I am not an insurance specialist, but I can connect you with trusted contacts and suppliers.
If you decline travel insurance, you will need to sign a waiver.
